Anger management means learning how to live with anger rather than ‘making it go away’, a request that I often hear. It requires skill and practice over a period of time.
Many of us know what anger feels like, whatever part of the spectrum we experience it: it could be the smallest irritation to fully-fledged rage.
There are great pressures upon us in modern life, both at work and at home and one of the ways that we cope is to become angry.
If you would like to discuss your anger issues, then please email me to arrange an appointment.
