My Relevant Experience

I am co-founder of ‘The Food Chain’, a London-wide HIV/AIDS organisation that delivers meals to people living with HIV related illnesses. My management committee responsibilities were as Director and Company Secretary. My role included the recruitment and management of the Project Director and I was Head Cook.

I have had seven years’ experience in support, development and information work for Carers UK.

I have presented a wide variety of training and consulted in a number of organisations including:

Alongside 'Tough At The Top' I consult within organisations on interpersonal issues, team building and crisis/stress management. I also work one to one with CEOs and Senior Management Team Members.
