An organisation benefits from a CEO being in post for at least five years, thus completing two funding rounds. She or he will work more effectively for the organisation if consistently supported in their endeavours, and they will have a happier person at the helm. The organisation will save money in the long term by paying for the CEO to be supported. It is a lot cheaper and less arduous than having to effect frequent recruitment procedures.
