Online therapy for anxiety and loneliness during Covid-19

Online therapy is the perfect solution to help cope with the Coronavirus lockdown. There’s a spike in people feeling alone and lonely which is entirely understandable given the circumstances. Loneliness and anxiety in uncertain times increases the need for support. Relationships are being tested to new limits, bringing more and more people to relationship therapy. With the COVID-19 advice to stay at home, coping with loss, bereavement and sudden deaths can be overwhelming.

Online therapy via Zoom, Skype, FaceTime or mobile phone

If you are considering having counselling or psychotherapy, you can call or text me on 07775 570208 or email me at Amanda@psychotherapycity.co.uk. In essence our sessions would simply be conducted as a remote clinical therapy session using video or mobile phone as the means of communicating. I am very experienced in working this way, frequently working remotely with overseas clients and with UK based clients who sometimes work abroad.  Which way would suit you best? Please do suggest the best app you’d like to use e.g. Skype, FaceTime, Zoom or  mobile phone.

Psychotherapy and therapy are one and the same thing. London-based clients who do not have access to well-qualified clinical professionals in the City of London area because of the pandemic lockdown / Coronavirus health concerns – or who live remotely or abroad under quarantine and COVID-19 restrictions – can book teletherapy, online therapy or Skype therapy with me today. Speak to me on 07775 570208 – if I’m in a session please leave a message and I’ll call you back. Alternatively, complete my Contact Form and I’ll respond as soon as I am able.

Psychotherapy in the City of London

If you’re looking for an online therapist in the City of London then look no further, I understand the City pressures having worked in the Square Mile for more than 15 years. Read about my qualifications and approach, or look for additional information on my website for the issues which I can help with.  Here are some of them: Bullying, Boundaries, Accusations, Anger, Anxiety, Confidence, Imposter Syndrome, Burnout and Overwhelm, Wrong Job, Death at Work and Relationships of all kinds.

In addition, there’s also the wider scope of supporting Foreign Nationals  and coaching for a wide range of professional matters. My coaching specialism extends to CEOs and Senior Management of Charities, to Bereavement, Crisis, Childhood Abuse, Domestic Abuse and general Sexuality, Health and Retirement counselling.
